De HO 1K is een mobiele ultrasone hardheidsmeter, ontworpen voor snelle, precieze en bijna niet-destructieve hardheidsmetingen. Dankzij de UCI (Ultrasonic Contact Impedance) technologie, creëert het apparaat slechts microscopisch kleine indrukken, waardoor het ideaal is voor toepassingen waarbij het behoud van het oppervlak van het monster belangrijk is.
Dit apparaat werkt met een trillende staaf die een Vickers indenter draagt. Wanneer deze met een gedefinieerde testkracht op het materiaal wordt gedrukt, verandert de trillingsfrequentie evenredig met de hardheid. Het instrument zet deze frequentieverschuiving direct om in een hardheidswaarde. In tegenstelling tot traditionele Vickers-testen is er geen optische evaluatie nodig, waardoor metingen direct op locatie mogelijk zijn, zelfs op zware of permanent geïnstalleerde onderdelen.

Kalibratie is eenvoudig, met opties voor standaard hardheidsblokken of tot 20 opgeslagen referentiewaarden voor verschillende materialen.

In some cases, especially for large or technical equipment, we may ask you to ship directly to the manufacturer’s warehouse. Our customer service team will confirm the correct return location with you by email before you send back the product.
Orders Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us atsales@zentra-eu.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund.
Damages
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@zentra-eu.com the day of delivery.
Zentra will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.
