  • 3 years for products with a list price ≥ €500.

  • 2 years for components and products with a list price < €500.

  • 1 year for pallet truck scales.

All Edarredo products come with 2 years warranty.

These conditions apply to all brands sold on our website. 

  • Customers must retain the original packaging for returns and proof receipt.


What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturer defects in components that are not subject to wear.


What’s Not Covered:

  • Parts subject to normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or incorrect installation.
