The platform measures 1360 × 850 × 90 mm, with a usable weighing surface of 1190 × 840 mm. Inside the platform are four silicone-coated steel load cells, which are IP67 protected against dust and water spray, ensuring reliable operation in challenging environments.
The display device, from the KERN KFN series, connects with a 5 m cable. It provides a clear LCD readout with large 52 mm digits, making weights easy to see. The display is IP65 protected, which means it is safe against dust and splashes of water — another important feature for hygienic industries.
This pallet scale includes useful functions that make daily weighing faster and easier. The hold function calculates an average weight when conditions are unstable, such as when goods move slightly during weighing. A check weighing function provides visual and audible signals when loads fall within preset tolerance ranges, which is especially helpful for quick control checks. It also offers summation of weight values, allowing several loads to be added together for a combined result.
