Both the weighing plate and platform are stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The platform measures 1360 × 840 × 90 mm, with a usable weighing surface of 1190 × 840 mm. Inside, the scale contains four steel load cells that are silicone-coated for protection. These load cells are sealed to IP67 against dust and water spray, which makes the scale reliable even in tougher working conditions.
The display device, part of the KERN KFN series, connects by a 5 m cable. It provides clear readings on an LCD with 52 mm digit height, making the weight easy to see at a glance. The display is IP65 protected, giving it resistance against dust and water splashes.
The UFN 1.5T0.5IPM offers useful functions for daily operations. A hold function calculates a stable average weight when weighing conditions are not steady, such as when goods are moving slightly. A check weighing function is also included, with visual and audible signals to confirm when weights fall within a set tolerance range. In addition, the scale can sum up several weight values, which is practical when weighing multiple loads in sequence.
This pallet scale has a maximum capacity of 1500 kg with a readability of 0.5 kg. The minimum weight is 10 kg, reproducibility is 0.5 kg, and linearity is ±0.5 kg.
