De UFN 1.5T0.5IPM is een robuuste en hygiënische palletweegschaal, ontworpen voor veeleisende omgevingen zoals de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, productieruimtes, magazijnen en verzendafdelingen. Dankzij het compacte formaat, het relatief lage gewicht en de ingebouwde wielen met handgreep is de weegschaal gemakkelijk te vervoeren en neemt hij weinig opslagruimte in beslag wanneer hij niet in gebruik is. De weegschaal werkt bovendien op een oplaadbare accu, waardoor hij zeer mobiel is en geschikt voor flexibel gebruik op meerdere locaties.
Het weegplatform is gemaakt van hoogwaardig roestvrij staal (SUS304), waardoor het uitstekend bestand is tegen buigen en ideaal is voor strenge hygiëne-eisen. Zowel het weegplateau als het platform zijn van roestvrij staal, wat duurzaamheid en eenvoudige reiniging garandeert. Het platform meet 1360 × 840 × 90 mm, met een bruikbaar weegoppervlak van 1190 × 840 mm. Binnenin de weegschaal bevinden zich vier stalen loadcellen met siliconencoating ter bescherming. Deze loadcellen zijn stof- en spatwaterdicht conform IP67, waardoor de weegschaal ook onder zwaardere werkomstandigheden betrouwbaar is.
Het display, onderdeel van de KERN KFN-serie, wordt aangesloten via een 5 m lange kabel. Het display geeft duidelijke aflezingen op een lcd-scherm met een cijferhoogte van 52 mm, waardoor het gewicht in één oogopslag duidelijk zichtbaar is. Het display is IP65-beschermd en daardoor bestand tegen stof en spatwater.
De UFN 1.5T0.5IPM biedt handige functies voor dagelijks gebruik. Een hold-functie berekent een stabiel gemiddeld gewicht wanneer de weegomstandigheden niet stabiel zijn, bijvoorbeeld wanneer goederen licht bewegen. Een controleweegfunctie is ook inbegrepen, met visuele en hoorbare signalen om aan te geven wanneer het gewicht binnen een ingesteld tolerantiebereik valt. Bovendien kan de weegschaal meerdere gewichtswaarden optellen, wat handig is bij het wegen van meerdere ladingen achter elkaar.
