KERN UFC 1.5T-4M
De UFC 1.5T-4M is een sterke, mobiele en moderne weegschaal die snel en nauwkeurig pallets en zware goederen weegt. Dankzij het compacte ontwerp en de relatief lichte constructie is hij geschikt voor diverse werkruimtes, waardoor hij ideaal is voor magazijnen, logistieke centra en productielocaties. Dankzij de mogelijkheid om op een oplaadbare accu te werken, kan de weegschaal ook worden gebruikt op locaties zonder directe stroomvoorziening.
Het weegplatform is gemaakt van gepoedercoat staal en meet 1361 × 840 × 80 mm, met een bruikbaar weegoppervlak van 1190 × 840 mm. Het bevat vier weegcellen van gelegeerd staal met siliconencoating en bescherming tegen stof en spatwater conform IP67. Dit maakt de weegschaal zeer duurzaam, zelfs in veeleisende industriële omgevingen. Voor eenvoudige verplaatsing is de weegschaal uitgerust met twee transportwielen, waardoor hij snel tussen werkplekken kan worden verplaatst.
Het display uit de KERN KFC-serie is aangesloten met een 5 m lange kabel. Het heeft een helder lcd-scherm met grote cijfers van 48 mm, dat ook op afstand gemakkelijk afleesbaar is. Een beschermhoes wordt meegeleverd om het display veilig te houden tijdens dagelijks gebruik. De weegbrug is ook als los onderdeel leverbaar, verkrijgbaar als KERN KFU-V20.
Deze weegschaal maakt deel uit van de KERN IoT-lijn en ondersteunt Industrie 4.0. Via de KERN Universal Port (KUP) kunnen gegevens en besturingscommando's worden uitgewisseld. Eén interface kan direct op de behuizing worden aangesloten en met de KUP-uitbreidingsbox kunnen maximaal drie extra interfaces worden toegevoegd. Een realtimeklok is standaard inbegrepen, zodat weegresultaten altijd met nauwkeurige tijdsinformatie worden geregistreerd.
