The UFC 600K-1M is a mobile and durable weighing solution made for fast and precise pallet weighing. Thanks to its compact size and lightweight construction, it can be used in different locations across warehouses, logistics centers, or production areas. For even more flexibility, it can run on a rechargeable battery (optional), which makes it independent of a fixed power source.
The weighing platform is made of strong powder-coated steel and measures 1361 × 840 × 80 mm, with a usable weighing surface of 1190 × 840 mm. Inside the platform are four alloy steel load cells that are silicone-coated for durability. These load cells are IP67 protected against dust and water splashes, ensuring reliable operation even in tougher environments. For easier handling, the scale is fitted with two wheels that allow it to be transported quickly from one workplace to another.
The display device, from the KERN KFC series, connects via a 5 m cable and shows clear results on a bright LCD with 48 mm high digits. A protective working cover is included to keep the display safe during daily use. The weighing bridge can also be supplied separately without a display device, under the model KERN KFU-V20.
As part of the KERN IoT line, this pallet scale supports Industry 4.0 integration. Through the KERN Universal Port (KUP), data and control commands can be exchanged with other systems. One interface can be connected directly to the housing, or up to three additional interfaces can be added with the KUP extension box. The scale also includes a real-time clock, which logs all weighing results with exact time stamps. Even if the power supply is interrupted, the clock continues to function, ensuring accurate and reliable records.
The UFC 600K-1M has a weighing capacity of 600 kg, with a readability of 0.2 kg and a minimum weight of 4 kg. Reproducibility is 0.2 kg, and linearity is ±0.4 kg. For piece counting, the smallest piece weight under normal conditions is 2 kg. The scale supports weighing in kilograms, grams, ffa, PCS, and percentage.
The device has a net weight of about 55 kg and can be used in temperatures ranging from -10 °C to +40 °C.
