The FS 2-100KRQ1 set is designed for heavy-duty applications where strong pulling and pushing forces need to be measured with accuracy. With a maximum range of 100 kN and a readability of 20 N, this set is ideal for industrial testing, product development, research labs, and quality control.
At the center of the system is the FS 2 device, which features a 3.5" touchscreen that can be operated with the supplied pen. The menu is clear and easy to use. You can measure in Track mode for continuous display, Peak mode to capture the highest force, or use the tolerance function to check against upper and lower limits. The device has internal memory for storing results, along with a statistics function to show min, max, and average values.
With a measuring frequency of 1000 Hz, the system delivers fast and stable readings, even with quick changes in load. Data transfer is done via the USB interface, which also works as a power supply. In addition, the built-in 3.7 V, 2400 mAh rechargeable battery makes it flexible to use both at a fixed workstation and on-site.
