The scale is built with a stainless steel weighing bridge and platform, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion. This makes it especially suitable for environments where cleanliness and hygiene are required. The platform measures 1500 × 1250 mm, providing ample space for pallets, containers, or large industrial loads. Despite its large size and capacity, the weighing plate can be cleaned easily, and its stainless steel surface helps meet high hygiene standards.
The BXC 3T-3M is equipped with four stainless steel load cells that are IP68 protected, giving full resistance to dust and water. The platform itself is IP67 protected, while the display device has IP68 protection, ensuring safe operation even in harsh or wet conditions. These ratings make the scale suitable for outdoor use or in industries where the scale may be exposed to moisture and heavy cleaning.
For flexible operation, the balance offers multiple weighing units (kg, g, PCS, %, ffa) and can also be used for piece counting applications. With a minimum sample weight of 20 kg and the ability to count items with a smallest piece weight of 10 kg, it adapts well to bulk weighing and inventory tasks. Accuracy is guaranteed with linearity of ±1.5 kg and reproducibility of 1 kg, making it reliable even for demanding applications.
The large LCD display with 48 mm digit height provides clear and easy-to-read results, while the 5 m display cable allows flexible installation, whether on a bench, wall, or control station. The system weighs approximately 150 kg, combining robust construction with portability for industrial use.
