The platform dimensions of 1500 × 1250 mm provide generous space for large pallets, containers, or industrial goods.
Equipped with four silicone-coated steel load cells, each protected to IP67 standard, the scale offers high stability and long service life even under harsh conditions. These load cells are designed to withstand dust and water splashes, ensuring consistent performance in demanding industrial environments. The system delivers excellent reproducibility of 0,5 kg and linearity of ± 1,5 kg, guaranteeing reliable results at all times.
Part of the IoT line, the BFC 1.5T-4M supports integration into Industry 4.0 workflows. Thanks to the KERN Universal Port (KUP), users can select from multiple interfaces to connect the scale to ERP, CRM, or production management systems. Options include both wired connections (RS-232, Ethernet, USB, analogue) and wireless connections (WiFi, Bluetooth). Each interface can be configured separately to suit individual requirements. A Real Time Clock is built in as standard, enabling precise logging of results with accurate timestamps, even if the power supply is interrupted.
The LCD display, with 48 mm digit height, ensures clear readability, while the terminal can be placed on the supplied benchtop stand or wall mount for ergonomic use. Additional features include piece counting, tolerance weighing, and totalising, expanding the balance’s functionality beyond simple weight measurement.

Orders Not Received

Damages
