De NXC 1.5T-4M is een robuuste roestvrijstalen weegschaal, ontworpen voor het snel wegen van karren, trolleys en containers. De weegbrug is gemaakt van dik roestvrij staal en maakt gebruik van vier gelaste roestvrijstalen weegcellen. Deze zijn zeer buigvast en stof- en waterdicht (IP68). Het display is eveneens gemaakt van roestvrij staal met IP68-bescherming en kan aan de muur worden gemonteerd.
Dit model maakt deel uit van de KERN IoT-lijn en ondersteunt Industrie 4.0. Gegevens en besturingscommando's kunnen worden gedeeld via maximaal vier interfaces. Er zijn twee bekabelde verbindingen mogelijk (RS-232, Ethernet, USB of analoge module) en twee draadloze verbindingen (wifi of Bluetooth). Een optioneel alibigeheugen maakt papierloze opslag van weegresultaten mogelijk, wat handig is wanneer verificatie vereist is.
