De OBE 124T241 is een laboratoriummicroscoopset die wordt geleverd als complete digitale oplossing met een gemonteerde tabletcamera en de bijpassende C-mount adapter. Hij is ontworpen voor eenvoudig, direct onderzoek van monsters op het scherm en is bijzonder geschikt voor onderwijs, training en demonstratiedoeleinden in laboratoria. Een beschermende stofhoes, oogschelpen en meertalige gebruiksaanwijzing zijn eveneens inbegrepen.
Het model OBE 124 combineert een robuuste constructie met ergonomisch design. Een opbergvak aan de achterzijde maakt snel en praktisch opbergen van de stroomkabel mogelijk, en de USB-aansluiting maakt ook voeding via een externe powerbank mogelijk. De traploos dimbare 3 W led zorgt voor een heldere belichting van de monsters. De geïntegreerde vlinderbuis maakt flexibele kijkhoeken mogelijk, terwijl de in hoogte verstelbare 1,25 Abbe-condensor met apertuurdiafragma een nauwkeurige lichtbundeling garandeert. De volledig uitgeruste mechanische tafel wordt bediend met grof- en fijnfocusknoppen aan beide zijden, waardoor de monsterafstelling soepel en nauwkeurig verloopt.
De gemonteerde ODC 241 tabletcamera beschikt over een 10,5-inch HD-touchscreen met een 5 MP-sensor. Hiermee kunnen beelden live naar de tablet worden overgebracht en kunnen foto's en video's worden vastgelegd voor documentatie.
