De CCS 3T-3L is een complete oplossing voor het snel en zeer nauwkeurig tellen van grote hoeveelheden artikelen. Door een nauwkeurige referentieweegschaal te combineren met een weegbrug met hoge capaciteit, biedt het de flexibiliteit om alles te tellen, van kleine, lichte componenten tot zeer zware bulkartikelen. Dit systeem kan meerdere individuele weegschalen vervangen, waardoor het zowel efficiënt als kosteneffectief is.
De kern van het systeem wordt gevormd door de referentieweegschaal KERN CFS 6K0.1 , die ook zelfstandig als stand-alone weegschaal kan worden gebruikt. Met het numerieke toetsenbord kunnen gebruikers belangrijke instellingen programmeren, waaronder referentiehoeveelheden, bekende referentiegewichten en streefwaarden. Het display is overzichtelijk en praktisch, met drie afzonderlijke schermen die het totaalgewicht, het referentiegewicht en het totale aantal stuks weergeven. Voor extra gemak beschikt de weegschaal over een geheugen (PLU) dat artikelinformatie zoals tekst, referentiegewicht en tarragewicht kan opslaan.
Het systeem beschikt ook over een vulfunctie , waardoor batch- en vulprocessen nauwkeuriger verlopen. Zodra het gewenste aantal of gewicht is bereikt, geeft de weegschaal zowel een hoorbaar als visueel signaal. Tijdens het gebruik wordt het referentiegewicht automatisch geoptimaliseerd, waardoor de nauwkeurigheid van het stukgewicht verbetert naarmate het tellen vordert. Een beschermhoes voor het display wordt meegeleverd.
Het tweede onderdeel van het systeem is de hoeveelheidsweegschaal KERN KIP-V20M , die grote aantallen kan tellen op zijn grote weegbrug. Het platform is gemaakt van antislip gegolfd staalplaat en gelakt voor extra duurzaamheid. Het maakt gebruik van vier met siliconen gecoate stalen weegcellen met IP67-bescherming, die bestand zijn tegen stof en spatwater.
Dit model heeft een maximaal weegvermogen van 3000 kg op de kwantiteitsschaal. De referentieschaal biedt een nauwkeurige aflezing van 100 mg, een reproduceerbaarheid van 0,0002 kg en een lineariteit van 200 mg. De kwantiteitsschaal heeft een lineariteit van 2 kg.
