This is a Class B autoclave with 18 liters or 24 liters chamber, designed for dental clinics, medical practices, veterinary use, and beauty centers.
This steam steriliser provides full sterilisation of solid, hollow, wrapped, and porous instruments. It includes a high resolution LCD display, automatic water filling and draining, built in reverse osmosis system, USB data storage, and integrated printer for fully automatic daily use.
The unit runs full Class B sterilisation cycles and complies with EN 13060 standards. It ensures deep sterilisation for all instrument types.
The LCD display shows temperature, pressure, and cycle data in real time with a full cycle graph, so you always know what is happening.
The automatic water system connects directly to your water supply. It purifies the water, fills the chamber, and drains used water automatically. This removes manual work and saves time in daily operation. You can choose drying time for each cycle. Options are 1, 5, or 10 minutes.
The autoclave includes Helix, Bowie and Dick, and Vacuum test cycles to confirm correct sterilisation and performance.

Shows cycle graph, temperature, pressure, and status in real time. Includes warning and error messages with sound alerts.
USB PORT
Every Phoenix Blu autoclave comes with a built in USB port. Insert the supplied USB stick to save and archive sterilisation data automatically.
INTEGRATED PRINTER
Built in thermal printer automatically prints sterilisation results for easy record keeping and audits.
STAND BY FUNCTION
Keeps the chamber warm between cycles. Saves 10 to 15 minutes and reduces moisture buildup.
DRYING
Choose drying time for every cycle: 1, 5, or 10 minutes.
12 STERILIZATION CYCLES
Includes 4 sterilisation cycles at 134°C or 121°C in Class B. With adjustable drying time, you get up to 12 cycle combinations.
3 TEST CYCLES
Includes Helix, Bowie and Dick, and Vacuum tests.
ULTRA-FAST STEAM GENERATOR
Latest generation external steam generator speeds up cycles and helps prevent limescale buildup.
DOUBLE-HEAD VACUUM PUMP
High efficiency double head vacuum pump with three fractionated vacuum phases for full Class B sterilisation.
INDEPENDENT AND INSPECTABLE TANKS
Two separate tanks for distilled and used water with easy access and built in water quality control.
AIR / WATER SEPARATOR
Two condensers separate water and air to protect internal components like the vacuum pump.
