All Gentilin products come with a 3-year warranty for consumer use and a 1-year warranty for professional or business use.

IcanClave

All IcanClave autoclaves come with a 1-year warranty.

Ekler

All Ekler products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Guarisco Medical Trading

All Guarisco products come with a 2-year warranty.

Miscea

All Miscea products come with a 2-year warranty.

KERN & SOHN

Warranty coverage depends on the product and its list price:

  • 3 years for products with a list price of €500 or more.

  • 2 years for components and products with a list price below €500.

  • 1 year for pallet truck scales.

Edarredo

All Edarredo products come with a 1-year warranty.

EMS

All EMS products come with a 1-year warranty.

Zevadent

All Zevadent products come with a 2-year warranty.

Enbio

All Enbio products come with a 1-year warranty.

Rodwell

All Rodwell products come with a 1-year warranty.

Medcaptain

All Medcaptain products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

Batteries and spare parts are covered by a 6-month manufacturer's warranty.

The manufacturer's warranty starts from the date of Medcaptain's invoice. For batteries and spare parts, the warranty begins on the earlier of the invoice date or delivery date.

Warranty Terms (All Brands)

The following general warranty conditions apply to products sold through our website, subject to the specific warranty terms of each manufacturer.

Customers should retain their proof of purchase and, where possible, the original packaging to facilitate returns, repairs, or warranty claims.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in components that are not subject to normal wear and tear.

  • Defective materials or components under normal operating conditions.

  • Repair or replacement of defective products or components, subject to the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear of components and consumable parts.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence.

  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation or unauthorized modifications.

  • Damage caused by improper maintenance or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Warranty Claims

If you experience an issue with a product during the warranty period, please contact us at sales@zentra-eu.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Where applicable, please include photographs or videos showing the problem.

We will review your request and coordinate with the manufacturer to determine the appropriate solution.

Warranty coverage and remedies depend on the manufacturer's specific terms and the nature of the defect.

Statutory Rights

Manufacturer warranties are provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights that apply under Dutch and European consumer protection laws. These rights are not limited or excluded by the manufacturer's commercial warranty conditions.
