KERN OAB-20LED

The KERN OAB 20LED manual polarimeter is designed for precise measurement of optical rotation from -180° to +180°. It uses LED illumination, a half shade measurement system, and supports measuring tubes up to 220 mm. It is suitable for laboratory, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical use.

It measures optical rotation using the half shade principle, which ensures accurate and stable results. The LED light source replaces traditional sodium lamps, giving longer life, stable light, and lower energy use. Brightness can be adjusted for better visibility.

The sample chamber supports tubes up to 220 mm. Two glass tubes are included 100 mm and 200 mm, both with a bubble trap for easy filling. Spare lenses and sealing rings are also included.

The unit is compact, durable, and easy to use. Manual control makes operation simple, even for beginners. It is suitable for testing sugars, essential oils, pharmaceuticals, and other liquid samples.
